Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries عبر
- Manage Whats App inquiry
- Manage Facebook inquiry
- Manage Instagram inquiry
- Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and convert inquiries into sales
- Process and manage website orders, including order confirmation
- Coordinate with warehouse logistics
- Ensure timely order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions on social media platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Customer service orientation with problem‑solving ability
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Whats App, Facebook, Instagram)
- Basic knowledge of order processing and e‑commerce workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Excel (must have 2 years experience) - Microsoft Word (must have 2 years experience)
- Basic email communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e‑commerce, sales, or customer service
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is a must)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
Saturday to Wednesday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (1-hour break)
Thursday: 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM
Friday:
Off
Basic Salary: 180 – 200 OMR
Additional:
Monthly Sales Commission based on sale target

In person (full-time office-based position, no remote work allowed)
