As a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager III – Dealer Floorplan within PNC's Dealer Finance organization, you will be based in St. Louis, MO.
- Establish strong commercial relationships using strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Grow, monitor, maintain, and support PNC Commercial Loans and related products.
- Manage strategic performance and reporting for assigned market.
- Have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in using customer relationship management system.
- Commercial relationship management experience required.
- Commercial underwriting experience preferred.
- May be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by PNC. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home‑based workspace.

- Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
- Create and drive strategy to acquire, expand and retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Responsible for the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non‑credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identify and mitigate different types of risk (e.g., regulatory, reputational, operational, credit).
- Focus on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client's needs and their financial well‑being. Drive client engagement and loyalty. Generate ideas and best practices within Relationship Management and may mentor others.
- Manage an effective network of senior internal and external relationships (e.g., community, industry) to actively acquire new clients and/or expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Focus on bringing entire bank to the client by presenting the full range of PNC's products and services. Leverage reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and successfully convert sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for the most complex credit requests by utilizing knowledge of advanced credit fundamentals and internal credit policies.
- Customer Focused – Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and able to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Managing Risk – Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with their business objectives and activities to ensure they adhere to and support PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- University/college degree; 8+ years of industry relevant experience.
- Strong business acumen, client relationship management, customer experience management, decision making, critical thinking, effective communications, prospecting, selling, and technology savvy.
- Knowledge of commercial sales, credit products, and underwriting.
