Reporting to sales training leadership, your experience will be key in developing relevant training programs tailored for our field teams. Frequent travel to co-work with Territory Managers should be expected, aimed at identifying scalable training solutions and implementing impactful strategies.

Your role will ensure that our training aligns with business goals and effectively meets our teams' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders for tailored training

• Track KPIs to highlight training needs

• Create and manage skill development initiatives

• Work alongside Territory Managers for field coaching

• Support training consistency through field intelligence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales experience

• Minimum 6 years in field sales

• Background in coaching and performance enhancement

• Excellent communication across all levels

• Strong project management skills
