What You'll Do
- Own and execute outbound prospecting strategies to build a qualified pipeline of mid‑market opportunities.
- Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments with marketing executives and C‑level decision‑makers.
- Present and demonstrate Madison Logic's multi‑channel ABM solutions (CTV, Audio, Display, Content Syndication).
- Develop customized proposals that align with prospect business objectives and marketing strategies.
- Navigate complex buying processes and build consensus across multiple stakeholders.
- Negotiate contract terms and close deals with a minimum 3‑month commitment at target contract values.
- Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly and annual new business revenue targets.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and Marketing teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking in Salesforce.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business.
- Experience selling marketing technology, advertising solutions, DaaS, SaaS, or managed services to mid‑market companies is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in full‑cycle sales with consistent quota attainment (100%+ annually).
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and ABM concepts.
- Ability to articulate complex multi‑channel solutions and build compelling business cases.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing 6‑figure deals and navigating multi‑stakeholder sales processes.
- Self‑starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales tools (Zoom Info, Gong Engage, Linked In Sales Navigator).
- Base Salary: $90,000‑$100,000 per year.
- Variable Compensation:
Commissions (Varies based on quota).
We offer a mix of remote and hybrid working. Remote work arrangements are not available for all positions. Hybrid work is required for employees local to our offices. Where applicable, hybrid WFH days must be conducted from your home office located in a jurisdiction in which Madison Logic has the legal right to operate. WFH requires availability and responsiveness on a full‑time basis from a distraction‑free environment with access to high‑speed internet.
