Your Impact As a Sales Manager, you’ll use your leadership skills and strategic vision to engage Exclusive Leads within your market or niche.

You’ll craft compelling messages, spark conversations, and connect prospects with the right solutions for their needs.

This position also offers hands‑on experience in sales leadership, team building, and career acceleration within a fast‑paced environment.

• Commission‑based structure among the highest in the industry.
• Transparent and equitable pay increases based on performance.
• Commission growth opportunities: potential for a 5% raise every month in the first three months, then every two months thereafter.
• Incentives and bonuses, including opportunities for profit‑sharing tied to company performance.
• Possibility of earning up to or above 120% of sales value, with multiple monthly bonuses available.

• Current full‑time Sales Managers who consistently plug into our system, follow the sales process, and invest in self‑development typically earn $80,000 to $225,000 annually.
