This is a full-time hybrid position based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement. The Sales Account Leader will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and increasing the company's presence in the market. Responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new clients, understanding their needs, creating tailored solutions, developing sales strategies, and managing accounts for long-term success.
The role also involves analyzing market trends, collaborating with internal teams, providing product recommendations to clients, and ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Sales, negotiation, and account management skills to drive growth and maintain client relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse clients and teams effectively
- Understanding of the landscape, irrigation, or green industry sectors is a major advantage
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and other relevant platforms
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment (part office, part remote work)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally within the region
