About the Role
As the Director of Account Management, you will lead, hire, develop and manage a quota‑carrying sales team focused on growing existing client accounts. Your responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, renewing contracts and closing larger deals. Success will be measured by quota attainment, retention and account growth. The role requires hands‑on sales coaching and active participation in closing big deals.
What You’ll Do- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual team revenue quotas and KPI targets.
- Build a metrics‑based culture of excellence focused on activity, accountability and achievement.
- Directly assist in all phases of the sales process including prospecting, value proposition, product demonstration, follow‑up and closing.
- Hire, train and develop new team members to achieve their full potential.
- Create a fun and positive high‑performance work environment that celebrates success.
- Coach, mentor and instill leadership and management best practices throughout the organization.
- Assist in identifying training needs and help create and deploy effective training programs.
- 5+ years of inside sales experience.
- 3+ years of front‑line sales management experience and a process‑oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to succeed in a high‑velocity sales environment.
- Desire to be hands‑on and actively prospect upsell opportunities, contract renewals and close business.
- Track record of consistent over achievement, both as an individual contributor and manager.
- Passion for developing team members and teaching a growth mindset.
- Motivated, high energy with a commitment to sustained excellence.
- Ability to lead teams dynamically in both office and remote settings.
- Experience with preferred.
Salary range: $ – $ per year, based on experience and qualifications. Eligible for company bonus or commission plans. Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
