Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Enterprise accounts and a set of prospects.

Develop and execute multi‑year account plans aligned with customer business objectives and prospects potential.

Drive upsells, cross‑sell, and transformation initiatives (Cloud migration, AI, Digital).Engage with C‑level and senior executives to position business value.

Lead complex, consultative sales cycles with large deal structures.

Orchestrate internal virtual teams (Pre Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Professional Services).Manage forecasting accuracy and quota achievement.

Build and leverage an ecosystem of partners and system integrators to consolidate existing accounts and develop new ones.

Identify competitive positioning strategies and win plans.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field or equivalent professional experience.

Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in Enterprise software sales, with success in CCaaS, SaaS, or Cloud solutions.

Strong track record managing large, complex Enterprise accounts in Italy, as well as experience developing new markets.

Confidence engaging with C‑level stakeholders.

Demonstrated success in long and complex sales cycles.

Strong negotiation and strategic account planning skills.

Fluent in Italian and English.

Willingness to travel as needed.
