Role:Western Europe Market Manager
Your tasks
:
- Grow Nord Pool’s presence in Western Europe by attracting new customers and managing the full sales cycle.
- Negotiate contracts and onboard new participants while maintaining and expanding existing key accounts.
- Build and strengthen a network of energy‑industry stakeholders, including customers, TSOs/DSOs, regulators and public bodies.
- Represent and promote Nord Pool at external forums, trade fairs and conferences.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Operations, Customer Service and Product Management.
- A highly collaborative work environment in an international team with short communication lines.
- Direct influence on Western Europe Market growth, reporting to the EVP.

Location:
Paris, Brussels or Amsterdam.
- 3–10 years of experience in sales or stakeholder management, preferably within the energy or financial industry.
- Degree in business, engineering or a related field.
- Fluency in English and at least one of French, Dutch or German.
- Intermediate or fluent Italian is an asset.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, primarily within Western Europe.
- Innovative, energetic, ambitious, collaborative and structured with strong analytical, communication and relationship‑building skills.
