About the RoleAct as the primary point of contact for Cars Commerce customers, focusing on ongoing customer success, retention, and growth. Sell products and services to existing customers.
Responsibilities- Maintain relationships by visiting assigned customers within the sales territory.
- Respond to client inquiries and offer guidance on appropriate products and services.
- Execute sales strategy, identify and close upsell opportunities.
- Provide insight to customers by preparing reports and key information that communicate value.
- Demonstrate expertise in retention and sales techniques and Cars Commerce products/services.
Ability to travel (driving or flights) at least 75% of the time in the assigned territory to visit prospective customers face-to-face.
Qualifications- Excellent planning and solutions selling experience.
- Motivated and comfortable working remotely from a home office as well as in the field.
- Ability to conduct in-depth sales presentations, including product demonstrations that highlight key benefits, ROI, and value.
- Proven persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Experience in the automotive space or digital marketplace is ideal.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship building skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Proven ability to identify and close sales opportunities.
- 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated consistent quota attainment track record with a continuous desire to win.
- Experience selling advertising or complex SaaS/software solutions to business leaders.
Total Target Compensation Range: $ - $ (base salary + variable). The range is expressed as total target compensation; actual compensation will be based on skills and experience.
