We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development & Sales Interns to join our growing team. This internship is designed for individuals who want hands‑on exposure to business development, B2B outreach, sales processes, and AI‑driven workforce solutions. As an intern, you will support lead generation, market research, partnership outreach, and client engagement activities while developing practical communication and business development skills.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, fluent in English, proactive in learning, and comfortable using digital productivity and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support outreach activities through Linked In, email campaigns, professional communities, and other business networking channels.
  • Assist in researching and identifying potential clients, business opportunities, and partnership channels.
  • Learn and apply lead generation techniques across digital and professional platforms.
  • Help identify and connect with distributors, referral partners, startup communities, incubators, accelerators, and business networks.
  • Introduce company offerings and communicate value propositions to prospective business contacts.
  • Participate in follow‑up discussions and support relationship‑building activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, meetings, responses, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach processes and engagement quality.
  • Contribute to achieving internship goals and development milestones.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Interest in Business Development, Sales, Startups, or AI solutions
  • Familiarity with professional networking platforms and digital outreach
