Senior Account Executive

Our client, a rapidly growing technology solutions provider, is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Account Executive to drive sales and expand market share within the Indonesian market. This field‑based role requires extensive client interaction and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
  • Identify, prospect, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct needs assessments, proposal development, negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Collaborate with pre‑sales engineers, product specialists, marketing, and customer success teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to ensure long‑term customer success and retention.
  • Mentor junior sales representatives and contribute to a high‑performance sales culture.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and reporting using CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows when applicable.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of B2B sales experience in the technology or software sector, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software, cloud solutions, or IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Experience selling to C‑level executives and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia (hybrid/remote options available).
  • Self‑motivated, results‑oriented with a consultative selling approach.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
Location & Work Arrangement

Based in Jakarta, Jakarta, , but hybrid/remote work within Indonesia is possible with occasional travel to key accounts and industry events.
