Reporting to the Canadian Senior Project Sales Manager, you will possess at least five years of experience in building automation sales. The work involves creating strong relationships with contractors, providing accurate forecasts, and collaborating on major projects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed the Annual Operating Plan while developing a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive order growth in the construction ecosystem
• Collaborate with Major Projects and Service Account Managers
• Maintain an accurate weekly forecast in
• Review market territory plans bi-annually
• Win new customer logos in the area
Requirements:
• Five years of sales experience in building automation
• Relevant post-secondary education
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Willingness to travel at least 50%
• Strong skills in and integrated solutions
