At Bol Partners, we are expanding our Milwaukee retail campaign team and hiring Retail Sales Interns to support in‑store promotional initiatives for a nationally recognised telecommunications provider offering high‑speed internet, streaming television, and mobile connectivity services.

This is a fully in‑person paid internship based inside established retail partner locations. No door‑to‑door sales. No recruitment‑based compensation.

As a Retail Sales Intern, you will work alongside experienced team members in a professional retail environment, learning how to engage customers, explain service offerings, and support new customer enrollments.

This internship is designed to provide hands‑on experience in face‑to‑face marketing, sales strategy, customer communication, and campaign operations. Full training and mentorship are provided.

• Learning how to present internet, streaming TV, and mobile service solutions
• Assisting with explaining promotional offers, billing details, and activation timelines
• Identifying customer needs based on streaming, gaming, remote work, and mobile usage
• Supporting customer enrollments using provided systems
• Tracking daily interactions and campaign performance metrics
• Developing communication, sales, and customer service skills in a professional setting
• Maintaining a professional and compliant brand presence at all times

• Strong communication and people skills

• Professional presentation and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales experience is beneficial but not required
• Must be legally authorised to work in the United States
