Client Relationship Manager, Business Development
As a Large-Market Account Manager at SWBC, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our relationships with large-size clients (those with an annual revenue exceeding $25,000). You will understand their unique needs, identify growth opportunities, and ensure satisfaction with our products and services. Your primary objective is to drive account growth and financial profitability while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with large-size clients, becoming their trusted advisor.
- Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Stay up to date with our products and services to present them effectively and address client inquiries.
- Develop account plans and strategies that align with company objectives and client needs.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Provide regular reports on account status, revenue forecasts, and market trends to management.
- Apply critical thinking skills to analyze client challenges, identify root causes, and develop innovative solutions.
- Travel by auto or air to designated top clients within the assigned territory, including prospective clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in account management, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of financial services, risk management, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement them to meet client needs.
- Deep commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain trust with clients and colleagues.
