What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead and manage the sales process to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers in the Industrial and Commercial sectors
  • Partner with independent manufacturer rep agencies to align sales strategies and performance expectations
  • Develop and deliver customer-facing presentations and proposals that articulate the company's value proposition
  • Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting for strategic planning sessions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
  • Proven experience with Industrial power generation, management, and renewable energy developers
  • Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to manage long sales cycles
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
