This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive based in Vancouver, BC, with flexibility for some work from home. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include making 40+ outbound calls, taking inbound sales calls, communicating through email, SMS and web chat to help meet sales targets & provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in sales and/or business development
- Prior experience demonstrating ability to consistently hit and over achieve productivity and sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools (specifically Shopify, Netsuite, Dialpad and Pipedrive)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the home improvement or building materials industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus
