Position Overview

BuildingPoint Pacific is seeking an Account Representative in Aurora, OR to manage Trimble GC/CM Field Solutions sales opportunities in Southern California. The role focuses on selling both hardware and services to customers and partners, growing business through key accounts and new clients.

Responsibilities
  • Meet the sales quota in the region by increasing sales to existing accounts and successfully penetrating new accounts.
  • Work closely with customers and prospects to increase knowledge of Trimble GC/CM products.
  • Cross‑sell our product portfolio to existing customers who may only have one solution.
  • Plan and forecast quarterly activity, marketing, and sales figures, ensuring resource requests are made well in advance.
  • Collaborate with the BuildingPoint Pacific sales team to communicate market feedback and sales strategy.
  • Coordinate with the sales team and technical support to resolve client problems.
  • Maintain strong customer relations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Assist in generating new customer revenue by qualifying, presenting and closing Trimble GC/CM Field Solution sales.
  • Use Sales Force CRM to manage prospects and customers.
  • Help identify metrics such as ROI, cost savings from constructability studies and schedule analyses to support funding approvals.
  • Prepare and present effective sales proposals to customers and prospects.
  • Travel up to 75% of the time; be willing to operate personal or company vehicle as needed.
  • Reside in the territory to support remote work and frequent travel.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum five years of technology sales with a proven track record of large deals and partner revenue maximization.
  • Experience working with large projects or contractors is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Design‑to‑Construction processes and familiarity with BIM, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble Realworks, and Navisworks.
  • Strong communication skills, self‑motivation, and independent work ethic.
  • Ability to take direction, collaborate virtually and in person, and meet market goals.
Certifications, Licenses & Registration
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
