The Role

As a representative, you will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals who have already requested information about their benefits. Your focus is on guiding, educating, and ensuring they understand their options.

This role involves no cold calling. Instead, you’ll engage in genuine conversations, build trust, and help families make informed decisions about their coverage — all while developing skills that support long-term success and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
