Job Description
We're looking for a driven, outreach-focused Business Development Representative to help build a strong sales pipeline for our growing team. This is a great role for someone with 1+ year of BDR experience in a fast-paced startup or SaaS environment who's ready to take the next step in their sales career.
What You'll Do:
- Execute outbound outreach via cold calls, emails, and Linked In to generate new leads
- Research and qualify prospects, focusing on SMB and mid-market opportunities
- Book meetings for Account Executives and help drive early-stage sales activity
- Track activity and progress using CRM tools
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates
- Test and iterate on outreach strategies to optimize results
- 1+ year of experience in a BDR, SDR, or lead generation role
- Experience working in a startup or SaaS company
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and meeting targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools is a plus
