This is a full-time remote position ideal for candidates with extensive field sales backgrounds. By reporting to sales training leadership, you will implement strategies that enhance training programs and troubleshoot business challenges.
Your role involves regular travel to coach Territory Managers and deliver tailored training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on training initiatives with field leadership
• Identify training needs through KPI analysis
• Develop plans for skill enhancement with managers
• Coach Territory Managers during co-travel
• Manage FST strategy and training success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or similar in dental med device sales
• Six years minimum in field sales with proven results
• Experience coaching and fostering performance development
• Strong communication and influence skills
• Excellent project management capabilities
