Overview
We are looking for an Employee Benefits Sales Professional to manage a dynamic territory in Cincinnati, Columbus, and Dayton, OH. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between producers, customers, and our company to drive sales goals and personal success.
Responsibilities- Develop and manage a large, dynamic territory, including long‐established producers and new growth opportunities.
- Serve as the liaison between producers, customers, and the company to drive sales goals and achieve personal success.
- Effectively utilize the full range of resources—including a locally based service team, home office service groups, marketing, and development resources—to attain quota and drive customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence through personal and formal development plans.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Life & health licensing required; if not currently licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience selling employee benefits.
- Established broker relationships within the territory.
- Must live in Cincinnati or Columbus, OH, and be able to travel 2–3 days per week within the territory.
- Excellent driving record and must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier.

Salary Range: $250K+ (base salary, commissions, and year‑end bonuses). Total compensation may be increased based on performance and sales activity.
