Overview

Here, as a budding Producer in the New York / Connecticut area, you’ll work alongside an experienced Sales Leader who will coach, mentor, and help you successfully win and close deals.

You’re aiming to develop $150k–$200k revenue in new business each year (with commissions at 40–50%, the long-term earning potential is significant), but right now, you feel isolated working from home, with little leadership, structure, or support around you.

If you’re based in the Northeast (US) and already have a few years’ experience as a Producer/Broker, but still have the ambition to become even more successful, this is a rare, career-defining opportunity.

• Based in the Northeast (US) with a few years’ experience as a Producer/Broker.

• Experience in commercial insurance, employee benefits, or private client solutions is preferred.

• Base salary plus commissions up to 50% (on targets exceeded).
