Position: Sales Consultant (Appointment Setter)

Our client helps home service business owners generate more booked calls using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads with a done-for-you ad management service priced at $997/month. Their positioning is straightforward: they build the ads, manage the ad account, and focus on consistently driving leads/appointments to the client’s calendar.

What makes this attractive: the team is fast-growing, has a large customer base, and they’re currently reporting 70%+ close rates on the back end (meaning the setter’s booked calls are converting strongly).

The Role:

We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to create and nurture sales conversations, qualify leads, and book qualified appointments onto the calendars of 1 closer. This is a new role on the team, so you’ll have the chance to help shape the process, messaging, and daily operating rhythm as the company scales.

This is ideal for a setter who likes high-volume outreach + clean qualification, and who wants to build inside a team that’s already converting at a high level.

Compensation:

  • Base: $2,000/month ($24,000/year)
  • On-Target Earnings: $5,500–$8,000/month ($66,000–$96,000/year) total comp
  • Performance-based upside as pipeline volume and conversion scale

We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Dallas/Fort Worth area candidates as this is an in-office role in Downtown Ft. Worth
  • Monday-Thursday 9-5, Fridays work from home
  • Have prior experience as an SDR/Setter/Appointment Setter (agency or high-ticket is a big plus)
  • Can handle pipeline management, follow-up, and consistent daily outreach without being micromanaged
  • Communicate professionally (clean Zoom setup, clear mic/cam, punctual, and comfortable working remote)
  • Are excited about marketing + growth, and can confidently talk to home service business owners
