What you'll be doing

You will introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services tailored to their unique business needs. Your primary interactions will be with our small and medium business customers both in stores and digitally. You'll be showcasing the value of our products and services by delivering comprehensive technology solutions to energize their business.

  • Drive small business results through collaboration with and mentoring Consumer Retail Sales Representatives.
  • Expand your customer base by acquiring and retaining accounts within the small business segment.
  • Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to effectively address your customers' business challenges.
  • Engage in outbound sales prospecting and customer visits.
  • Meet the needs of existing customers with exceptional service.
  • Leverage sales enablement tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and book of business.

What we're looking for
  • A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • A valid driver's license and readiness to travel.
Even better if you have
  • Additional degrees or certifications.
  • Experience in outside sales and outbound prospecting.
  • Wireless sales expertise with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Leadership skills to influence teams and drive sales results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and conflict resolution.

This Account Manager Retail SMB role entails in-store work at least five days per week Where you'll be working

In this hybrid role, you will maintain a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in-store, as determined by your manager. Employees are responsible for adhering to hybrid work policies.
