As a Sales development representative, you'll be at the forefront of connecting with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and introducing them to the licensed sales team for quotes.

You will have the opportunity to move into a licensed sales producer role after hitting call transfer goals for 3 months straight.

• Engage with prospective customers through various channels, including phone, text, and email.
• Transfer interested customers to the sales team for quotes in real time.
• If the client does not have time at that moment, schedule appointments for call back and then transfer to sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve agency goals.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems.
