Client Growth Executive – CCI Management Level Compensation:
Base salary range of $70,100 to $105,100 with an annual incentive/commission target of $55,800. Flexible work option available, hybrid location with remote work up to 5% of the time. Travel required 5% of the time. Day shift.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing Cox Business clients to grow revenue.
  • Prospect new business opportunities and sell a portfolio that includes cloud, managed services, data connectivity, complex voice, and television.
  • Use consultative, value‑based selling techniques to educate and influence customers.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of customers’ business plans, industry, and competitors, updating needs analysis regularly.
  • Conduct proactive outreach prior to contract expiration to renew or revise contracts and upsell additional products and services.
  • Manage pipeline and forecast data, providing regular updates to management.
Who You Are
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 4 years of B2B outside sales experience; alternative combinations of advanced degrees and experience are acceptable.
  • Track record of exceeding sales goals and a strong consultative selling style.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with Windows PCs, Microsoft Office, and a CRM system.
  • Preferred: 2+ years in telecommunications, technology, or cloud sales and experience with pipeline development and new lead generation.
