Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Sales Coordinator role based in Venice, FL, with flexibility to work from home most days. The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing quotes, tracking orders, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, coordinating with engineering, logistics, and manufacturing teams, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, following up on leads, and assisting with sales reports and forecasts.

The Sales Coordinator serves as a key point of contact for customers, helping to resolve issues, provide product information, and uphold Ambor Structures’ standards of service and reliability.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage quotes, orders, and documentation efficiently.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Customer Service abilities to support clients throughout the sales cycle and ensure a positive experience.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM or ERP systems, MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), and basic data entry/reporting.
  • Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, steel structures, or telecom infrastructure is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site in Baxter, MN and remotely as needed.
