LLM First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers – Wholesale Trade

Availability

20-30 hours per week, with 2 hours overlap with PST time zone

About the Role

We are seeking experienced Sales Supervisors, Account Managers, or Business Development Leads from the wholesale, manufacturing, or distribution sectors. Use your expertise in sales management, B2B operations and client relationship management to help enhance AI systems for improved sales strategy, forecasting accuracy, and client performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and solve real-world sales and business development scenarios to evaluate AI reasoning
  • Write structured, detailed solutions related to lead generation, negotiation, account management, and sales forecasting
  • Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, professionalism and alignment with wholesale sales best practices
  • Collaborate with AI researchers to refine models understanding of sales pipelines, pricing models and customer relationship dynamics
Skills & Requirements
  • Strong experience as a Sales Supervisor, Account Manager, or Business Development Lead in wholesale, manufacturing or distribution sectors
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales operations, CRM systems and client management strategies
  • Excellent English communication and reasoning skills
  • Ability to explain complex sales processes clearly
  • No prior AI experience needed; training provided
