Sales Development Lead

Build and elevate Strada’s global Sales Development function in support of enterprise pipeline growth. This hands‑on leadership role focuses on creating structure, rigor, and accountability across a distributed SDR/BDR team operating in North America and Europe/UK.

• Establish best practices for inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Standardize qualification and performance metrics.
• Coach and develop team members, strengthening cadence discipline and pipeline hygiene.
• Drive qualified pipeline creation aligned to revenue goals.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Rev Ops to execute targeted campaigns, improve lead quality and follow‑up.
• Manage SDR playbooks and optimize the use of sales development tools, data, and reporting.

• 5–7+ years of experience in SDR/BDR or comparable prospecting roles.
• Significant experience in enterprise sales environments.
• Prior position as a team lead, player‑coach, or senior mentor.
• Strong operating discipline and commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, intent data, and conversation intelligence.
