Remote Sales Representative – Advertising Space on the Spiritual Word Platforms

Job Type: 1099 Contract | 100% Commission | No Base Pay

Company: MGM - Spiritual Word (Startup)

Compensation:
Earn 5% commission on closed deals generated from company leads and 10% on closed deals from leads you personally bring in.

Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Remote Sales Representative for MGM, Spiritual Word’s marketing team, where we empower individuals to connect with their inner selves and foster personal growth through our unique digital content and community. We believe in blending spirituality with modern marketing to create a transformative experience for our clients. This position is exclusively commission-based, with no base salary.

You’ll play a vital role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution:
    Implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement:
    Cultivate and manage key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Campaign Oversight:
    Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aligned with client goals.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Monitor sales metrics and campaign performance, providing insights to clients for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 2 years in digital sales with a proven record of driving growth and managing accounts.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools (Display Ads, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing) and CRM systems (Pipedrive).
    • Strong cold contact communication skills, including cold calling, emailing, and networking to generate new leads.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Education:

    High School Diploma required.
  • Work remotely and enjoy the flexibility of a commission-only structure.
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
