Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for an Aircraft Charter Sales professional working with brokerages and operators. The individual will handle day-to-day sales operations, communicate with clients, deliver outstanding customer service, and coordinate operational needs to meet client expectations. The role requires managing inquiries, developing relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of charter services under client-branded contexts.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service, with a focus on maintaining client relations and providing exceptional service.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure within the aviation or charter service industry.
  • Proficiency in Operating Systems relevant to booking, scheduling, and managing aircraft charter services.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with the aviation and charter industry is highly preferred.
