Account Executive, Senior

About the Role

As Senior Account Executive, Workplace Technologies & Services, you will drive sales of Canon’s hardware and software solutions to a dedicated marketplace, solving key business challenges. You will promote innovations such as cybersecurity, cloud data, managed print, and automation services while building strong relationships.

Must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Dedham, MA.

• Master core capabilities of Canon and third‑party solutions and promote benefits to current and prospective customers.
• Learn and use Salesforce CRM to manage client and prospect accounts.
• Actively contact an assigned account base through calls, email campaigns, and social media to develop sales opportunities.
• Conduct in‑person discovery meetings, demos, and strategic conversations with business owners and executives.
• Develop plans to address short‑term and long‑term customer requirements to generate revenue.
• Leverage technology experts to enrich knowledge base and collaborate for sales wins.
• Build and nurture high‑level relationships to enhance account penetration.

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of B2B sales or customer‑facing experience.
• Passion for learning new technology and services in a rapidly evolving industry.
• Track record of persuading others to adopt innovative ideas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage time independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the local market (valid driver’s license required).

Base salary range: $50,000‑$63,160 annually. Eligible for incentive compensation under applicable plans; at 100% quota, anticipated incentive is $62,869 annually. Transportation allowance available. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, discretionary profit sharing, educational assistance, vacation, and more. Car allowance and incentive trips to exotic locations are also offered.

This full‑time position offers a hybrid schedule requiring reporting to the local office as directed and being available to customers in‑person or remotely. Option to work from home on other business days, except where business needs dictate otherwise.
