Overview

We specialize in connecting employers with skilled professionals across a range of industries, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and care. We’re currently seeking a freelance Sales Associate to help expand our market reach and support ongoing client engagement.

Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through social media, referrals, and cold outreach.
Follow up with potential clients and schedule meetings or calls.
Support digital marketing campaigns (email, Whats App, Instagram, Linked In).
Assist in creating promotional content (flyers, posts, presentations).
Maintain and update lead tracking sheets or CRM.
Report weekly performance metrics (leads, inquiries, conversions).
Coordinate with the recruitment/admin team for service follow-ups.
Represent the company professionally during client interactions.

Requirements

Must hold a valid freelance visa (Dubai/UAE).
Based in Dubai or able to work remotely with occasional in-person tasks.
1–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
Good command of English (spoken and written);
Hindi or Arabic is a bonus.
Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Canva, Instagram, Whats App Business.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet weekly targets.
