What We’re Looking For

5–7 years of experience in managing partnerships in the Unified Communications, Cloud, or Telephony space
Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for Partner programs and sales enablement
Experience working with SaaS Resellers within the Turkish market
Deep understanding of the Partner ecosystem
Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is required
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities with Channel partners
Experience collaborating with Alliances that drive the Zoom ecosystem, such as Poly, Dten, NEAT, Oracle, Ribbon, Jabra, and Verint

المؤهلات المطلوبة

خبرة من 5 إلى 7 سنوات في إدارة الشراكات في مجال الاتصالات الموحدة، أو الحوسبة السحابية، أو الاتصالات الهاتفية.
قدرة مثبتة على تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات مبيعات فعّالة لبرامج الشركاء ودعم المبيعات.
خبرة في العمل مع موزعي برامج SaaS في السوق التركية.
فهم عميق لمنظومة الشركاء.
إتقان اللغة التركية (كتابةً وتحدثاً) شرط أساسي.
مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة للتعاون الفعّال مع الشركاء والجهات المعنية الداخلية.
إتقان تحليل بيانات المبيعات واتجاهات السوق لتحديد فرص النمو مع شركاء القنوات.
خبرة في التعاون مع التحالفات التي تدعم منظومة Zoom، مثل Poly وDten وNEAT وOracle وRibbon وJabra وVerint.
