We are looking for an Account Manager to serve serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring their success using the company’s platform, driving adoption, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires strong English fluency, a customer‑first mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, guiding them from onboarding through long‑term success
  • Build strong relationships through proactive check‑ins, QBRs, and solution‑driven support
  • Monitor client health and engagement using CRM and analytics tools
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales for renewals and expansions
  • Act as the voice of the customer—sharing insights with product and support teams
  • Educate users on best practices to maximize platform value and ROI
  • Handle escalations and troubleshoot client issues with speed and professionalism
  • Fluent English (C1/C2)—strong written and verbal communication is essential.
  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, outbound sales, or appointment setting.
  • 1+ year of client‑facing experience, managing communications and strategy.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced startup environments with multiple priorities.
  • Experience leading small teams or managing cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with CRMs (preferably Hub Spot
    ) and data‑driven reporting.
  • A creative problem‑solver who enjoys experimenting with outreach strategies to achieve results.
  • Fluent Spanish
