Position OverviewWe are seeking outgoing, confident, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors / Lead Setters.
In this role, you’ll represent Closet Factory DFW at retail partner locations(Costco/Lowe's), events, communityactivation, trade shows, and inside our Mobile Showroom. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential customers, creating excitement around our brand, and scheduling complimentary in-home design consultations.

What You’ll DoEngage with customers in a friendly, professional, and energetic manner
Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
Represent Closet Factory DFW at Lowe’s, Costco, home shows, community events, and promotional activation
Help create a memorable and positive customer experience
Educate customers on our products, services, and brand story
Assist with Mobile Showroom events and promotional setup/breakdown
Track leads and customer interactions accurately
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve goals
Become knowledgeable about our custom storage solutions and design process
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated personality
Comfortable approaching and talking with new people
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed
Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus — but not required
