Cooperative Feed Dealers, Inc is a co‑op distributor located in Conklin, NY. We carry and broker products in the Farm and Ag, Lawn and Garden, Pet, Wild Bird and Wildlife categories. FeeD brand name. We operate a fleet of trucks and drivers to serve our customers across the Northeast, as well as broker full truckloads of many commodities for the Ag industry. We have been in business for over 90 years, and our culture is our best asset.

The ideal candidate will be a very motivated self-starter with tons of drive to grow their territory for years to come. Organized, hyper responsive to the customers’ needs, well spoken, and friendly personalities go to the top of the list.

• Daily travel with some overnights required. (We do recommend catch up/planning time in your home office weekly and encourage a work/life balance.)
• Responding to customer inquiries, returns and issues quickly and efficiently
• Showing new products and getting shelf placement!
• Ride along with vendor reps and the sales director
• Attendance at our sales events, kickoff meetings, and annual shareholder’s event at our Conklin Headquarters
• Distribution of our road shows
• Emailing customers with news, new items, monthly specials, show forms, etc.
• Working with our awesome team at CFD to ensure customers’ needs are met
• Entering customer orders
• Weekly road reports and expense reporting
• Attending and assisting with store events for your dealers

Salary is commission based, starting at $55,000 with unlimited earning potential!

Experience preferred but willing to train the right person!
