Health System Account Liaison

Overview

McKesson is a Fortune 10 company focused on delivering quality healthcare solutions across the country. This role is a Remote position based in Utah, requiring travel up to 75% within the state.

• Work closely with health system customers to manage relationships and develop existing business or accounts.
• Manage customer satisfaction and support the field sales team in resolving problems so they can focus on strategic engagement.
• Communicate effectively between Customers and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction (NPS).
• Perform sales and administrative tasks on small to mid-size accounts under supervisor direction.
• Negotiate and navigate the contracting process.
• Present products, solutions or services that meet customers’ needs during direct visits.
• Design solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Collaborate with the field sales team on the customer roadmap and renewal strategy.
• Interface professionally with customers, sales team, and internal/external members to handle various support functions.
• Spend majority of the time at customer sites.

• Degree or equivalent experience; typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
• 4-year college degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 75% by car.

• Attention to detail, organization, and problem resolution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and navigate organizational complexity.
• Advanced verbal, non‑verbal/interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Energetic self‑starter with passion for customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Healthcare or distribution experience preferred.

• Large percent of time performing computer‑based work.
• 75% travel within assigned territory.

The Total Target Cash (TTC) Pay Range for this position is $83,300 - $138,900. Total Target Cash is defined as base pay plus target incentive. Additional compensation such as annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities may be offered.
