Storybook Portraits, a family-operated photography business founded in Chandler in 1995, is hiring a Remote Appointment Coordinator / Telemarketing Specialist
. This is a part‑time, work‑from‑home role focused on scheduling portrait sessions with interested leads.

  • Contract Type: Part‑Time (~30 hours/week)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–3:30 PM EST

Role Overview

You will be responsible for high‑volume outbound calling to schedule portrait sessions with warm leads (no cold calling). This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and consistent effort in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact interested leads to schedule portrait sessions using a script
  • Manage leads in CRM systems (Stratus, Just Call, Active Campaign, Slack)
  • Send daily blasts/expirations and check voicemails
  • Document client interactions and consultations accurately
  • Meet weekly booking quotas (16 bookings per week)
  • Attend weekly supervisor meetings to review goals and performance
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years’ appointment scheduling or telemarketing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sales skills and ability to convert leads into bookings
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Zoom, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to work required shifts (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–3:30 PM EST)
  • Quiet home office setup with Windows 10/11 PC, webcam, printer, and high‑speed wired internet
Preferred
  • Previous telemarketing experience in scheduling leads
  • Strong belief in the value of portraits and the company’s mission
Compensation & Performance
  • Base pay: $18/hour
  • Average performers: $20–21/hour
  • Top performers: ~$24/hour
  • Weekly bonuses for meeting booking goals
  • Promotion/pay raise opportunities every 90 days
