Field Underwriter | Remote

Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus is on paying agents quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing the training and support needed to achieve success.

• Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a meeting to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
• Research: 4‑5 hours per week – digging into client information to customize options that meet financial needs in the event of death or disability.
• Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting clients either virtually or in person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help apply for coverage.
• Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.

• Coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset; skills are less important than attitude for this position.

• Commission‑only sales position. Avg. commission per mortgage protection product ≈ $600 per family; expected 5‑10 plans sold per week.
• Additional premium financial products are available with full training. Earnings are uncapped, with a competitive bonus program and incentive trips based on performance.
