- Become an expert on Clearco’s platform, services, and the eCommerce growth funding landscape
- Drive funding originations from a territory comprising engaged accounts, accounts requiring renewal, and lapsed accounts
- Cultivate strong customer relationships with business owners, founders, and executives, helping them navigate Clearco’s product and financial evaluation process so that they can secure funding
- Advocate internally for customers, helping our internal Risk, Diligence & Credit teams have a clear view on customer creditworthiness and growth opportunities
- Have 4+ years of experience in a customer success manager, inside sales or account manager role where you have carried a revenue target
- Have developed upsell/cross‑sell skills—comfortable conveying Clearco’s value, securing customer commitments, and being measured on your revenue production
- Have superior verbal and written communication skills—able to effectively articulate complex or sophisticated concepts to a less sophisticated audience, and their response back
- Can quickly acquire new knowledge and/or skills and adapt to new situations by being open to and quickly implementing feedback
- Can navigate conversations in a professional and consultative manner by focusing on building relationships, understanding obstacles, and providing relevant solutions
- Have previous experience in a B2B Financial Services, Fintech, or SaaS environment
- Have experience with a tech stack involving a CRM (we use Salesforce), engagement platform (we use Outreach), and internal communication and knowledge‑sharing software (we use Slack and Notion)
