What You’ll Earn- Base salary starting at $45,000–$55,000
- Uncapped commission on life insurance sales
- Realistic Year 1 earnings: $60,000–$100,000+

- Follow up consistently to close business and build relationships
- Cross‑sell home and auto policies where appropriate
- Are motivated by income and personal growth
- Enjoy helping people make important financial decisions
- Are comfortable in a sales‑driven environment
- Build trust easily and communicate clearly
- Are proactive, disciplined, and follow through
- Sales or customer‑facing experience preferred
- LLQP licensed (or willing to obtain – we support training)
- Willingness to obtain OTL license (asset for cross‑selling)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage follow‑ups and client details effectively
- Reliable transportation and availability for occasional evenings
- 3 weeks paid vacation (increasing with tenure)
