Join Open Farm as a Territory Sales Manager, operating remotely in Virginia or North Carolina, and play a pivotal role in driving territory growth in the pet food market.
You'll be instrumental in expanding Open Farm’s retail footprint as you connect with key accounts and customer stakeholders. This role is designed for a results-driven sales professional with a solid foundation in territory management and customer relationship cultivation. Expect to conduct regular store visits to promote brand loyalty and engage competitively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and exceed defined sales targets in your territory
• Create strategic growth plans based on data analysis
• Manage customer engagement and promotional budgets
• Build strong partnerships with retailers and distributors
• Provide ongoing product education to enhance brand loyalty
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant sales experience required
• Track record of successful territory management
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proficient in data-driven sales strategies
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
