Drive sales strategy and team performance as a National Sales Manager for Napoleon's Hearth division. This remote role focuses on supporting independent sales channels.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales, you will influence sales activities and direct efforts to achieve sustainable growth.
Your role will involve collaborating with various internal stakeholders and trade partners to reinforce the Napoleon brand. Leading a remote team, your input is vital in establishing market forecasts and managing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide sales team for optimal profit and sales outcomes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience in sales leadership within the Hearth industry
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and social media applications
• Effective in managing remote teams with a focus on goals
• Willingness to travel extensively
