Territory Manager

Position Summary

Represent LX Hausys in District of Columbia, MD and VA. Implement strategic marketing and planning with my partners to grow HI-MACS, Viatera, and Tercanto sales and market share. Uphold the LX Hausys way.

• Maintain a schedule for visiting key accounts, while keeping it flexible for unforeseen occurrences that must be handled immediately.
• Keep existing Viatera and HI-MACS accounts updated with current promotions, new products and discontinued products and add new accounts.
• Support fabricators with samples and literature.
• Keep eyes and ears on the competitive Quartz and Solid Surface manufacturers. (pricing, promos, inventory, etc.)
• Support manager by following up on commercial leads with fabricators, implement programs to help drive sales.
• Support fabricator warranty issues.
• Maintain and distribute my sample allotment on a monthly basis.
• Manage Salesforce.
• Find new account possibilities and follow up on any lead big or small.

Education and

Work Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.
• Experience selling quartz and/or solid surface materials.
• Knowledge of key customers within the territory is preferred.

Knowledge and

Skills:

• Ability to work independently and maintain a level of organization.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Energetic focus on sales and business development; MUST be a Hunter.
• Ability to be creative and a problem solver.

• Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.
• Position requires sitting and working on a computer for at least 1/3 of time.
• Position requires minimal lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Position requires regular and reliable attendance.
• Position requires travel up to 90% within the territory and rest in home office.
• Overnight travel is determined by Territory Manager.
