Sales Associate with B2B Sales Experience (hybrid or remote)
We are a digital transformation consulting firm seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads and building strong relationships with clients. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients through various channels, such as social media, email marketing, and networking events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
- Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our services and solutions
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and met
- Collaborate with development team to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Must have 5-10 years of B2B sales experience in software/tech industry
- Experience selling to C-Suite at medium and large corporations including Fortune 500 companies
- Must have achieved at least $1M in sales targets from selling consulting services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience managing full sales process from lead generation through contract execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital transformation and latest software technologies
- Experience in consultative selling and building relationships with clients
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies for generating new business
- Experience establishing a sales pipeline with a consistent flow of potential clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A good understanding of software development lifecycle will be a plus
This is a direct-hire full-time hybrid position requiring working 3 days from our office in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Position offers a base salary in range of $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience level. Position offers additional 6% commission on sales revenues, healthcare benefits, and PTO. Remote-only candidates are welcome to apply.
