This position involves working in a virtual call center to sell and upgrade memberships, focusing on customer satisfaction and safety. You will need to secure your license, and CAA provides comprehensive training in your first month. This role requires a hard-wired, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace for optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell CAA memberships to new and existing members

• Facilitate upgrades and renewals for current members

• Promote travel medical insurance offerings

• Attend comprehensive training sessions and orientations

• Meet internal quality standards and KPIs daily

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education completion

• 2-3 years of customer service experience

• 1-2 years of sales experience

• Licensed to sell Accident & Sickness Insurance is an asset

• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
