** Travel**: up to 50%    Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking a highly driven Sales Engineer to lead growth within our Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on expanding TPS’s presence in critical infrastructure markets by selling switch gear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), modular power solutions, and engineered-to-order power management systems.

Experience and Skills:

** 5+ years of successful outside sales experience
** Preferred Qualifications
** Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical Proficiency with Salesforce CRMDemonstrated ability to be hands-on, resourceful, and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to build value-based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord
** Compensation Package to Include:
** The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the company's base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors, including but not limited to the physical worksite location, candidate's skill set, level of experience, education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
