Consultative Sales Manager - Agricultural Technology

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping business strategies within your territory, leveraging your understanding of farming practices. You'll be responsible for executing a business plan, maintaining a marketing budget, and ensuring alignment with corporate sales objectives, while balancing travel and remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute a comprehensive territory business plan
• Deliver engaging on-farm presentations to prospective clients
• Engage in lead generation and customer qualification
• Contribute to trade shows and public relations initiatives
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on strategic goals
Requirements:
• Strong oral and written communication capabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft tools and CRM systems
• Cold calling and lead follow-up experience
• Valid driving license with a clean abstract
• Ability to operate independently in a changing environment
